Dr. Karuna, a pediatrician who works on preventive public health issues, also has a clinic called "Sandesh," which means "a message."

The KM foundation has been established by a group of professionals from various industries. To raise awareness regarding severe uprisings and provocative diseases like dengue and covid-19. She, along with the other group members, strives and dreads to raise society's awareness on a multitude of significant health issues as it has come to the public's attention that the uprising of these severe illnesses has gone off the charts, leaving behind the previously recorded data from last year. We all should put enormous efforts towards preventive health care as it costs nothing. We can all afford it, and we must take care of the diseases that affect us, particularly the domestic ones like mosquito-borne diseases. Dr. Karuna has battelled against all odds to bring to the attention of the government, public, and media, and educate uneducated groups on the importance of policy making and public participation in dengue prevention and awareness.

They developed agendas centered on several public health issues, as well as programs that encourage society to strive and fight for families who are at risk of falling victim to dengue.

According to my personal experience, the spirit in which the awareness programs are conducted, we are potentially destined to eradicate certain domesticated health care issues.”
